Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Sorrento, making it easy to explore the town with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms, though initially small and lacking natural light, were improved upon request. The service provided by the traditional Sorrento family was consistently excellent, ensuring a memorable stay. The dining experience, highlighted by a variety of pastries and homemade treats, was a delightful touch.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent and very clean, providing a comfortable experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The dining experience was good, with a nice selection available, but there were some cleanliness issues in the shower that need attention.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, but the noise from the Main Street was a bit bothersome at night. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to the port, train/bus station, and surrounded by cafes and shops. The dining experience was delicious with a variety of options. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel is a lovely tribute to the color tangerine, offering spacious and clean rooms, a great breakfast, and friendly owners. The equipment may be a bit dated, considering the high prices.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms on the main level with a great breakfast. The owners are incredibly welcoming, though the rooms face the street directly. A wonderful stay overall.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit small but spotless, which was quite amusing. However, they were well-equipped, clean, and had a great breakfast. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making the stay memorable.
The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the town, offering a rich and warm breakfast with helpful staff. However, the early morning noise near the rooms was a bit bothersome. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and safe with ample storage space, though it's understood that the main attraction isn't staying indoors.
The hotel had a modernized bathroom and great air conditioning in the rooms. However, it was a bit challenging to cool off at night due to the room facing the sun all day without block-out drapes. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant.
